Business coach

In the capacity of business coach I help you and your team identify and develop achievable goals and objectives to bring your business vision to fruition. Meetings are 2-3 hour sessions held monthly with the salon owner/manager and team having agreed actions to implement between each session. The salon owner is under no obligation to continue for any length of time and can terminate the agreement whenever. Back up support via a maximum of 2 telephone consultations of 15 minutes duration between visits is available at no charge.
